The amount of money I've heard Wire threw Morgan Smith's way is ridiculous to be giving to a 16 year old, regardless of how much potential a lad has.

If rumours of the squad being unhappy about how much Briscoe is on are true then they'd probsbly riot if Leeds tried offering a 16 year old that type of money.

Yes I've also been told how much Warrington have given Morgan Smith and you're right it's obscene for a 16 year old, however time might prove us both wrong and 10 years from now it might look like the shrewdest investment ever.

They have Cameron Smith in their sights and will repeat the trick in 12 months time with similar or more money on the table, it how Warringtons youth system works.

What positions do Morgan Smith and Cameron Smith play...please don't tell me they're dynamic halfbacks if one is lost already and another possibly too.

(Even if they are and remained Leeds our incumbent coach would probably play them in the second row and then have the individuals blamed for not been good enough to reach potential)

Morgan Smith is one of the most exciting Scrum Half prospects to emerge for some time.

Cameron Smith can alternate easily between Loose Forward and Stand Off, he is about 6'2" or 6'3" is 15 years old and has a great build on him. His size means he can pack down and play the classy ball playing No13 role but his freakish ability to read and control a game allied to a superb pair of hands means he can play like a classic No6 in the mould of Tony Myler, or John Holmes.

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

Perhaps that's an issue at Leeds petty jealously? I don't see many senior players looking after the youngsters I actually see the opposite - senior players hanging the youngsters out to dry!!

What Morgan Smith earns shouldn't concern the likes of Sinfield, let's face it it will tiny compared to what he earns, he should be more concerned about his own form and what he is currently bringing to the party!!

I don't care much for rumours. Smiths move had nothing at all to do with money, straight from his birds mouth, and she didn't want him to move.

and I can confidently tell you that Cameron Smith entertained leaving the Leeds Scholarship until Hetherington sat him down for a chat. Even then I expect Warrington (not the club he almost left for) to repeat their Morgan Smith smash and grab raid in 12 months time and Cameron will move to the Wires Academy.

No he didn't. He is happy at Leeds, but like other promising youngsters he wants a shot at showing his ability, not holding back working through a system. His uncle as recently joined the Cas academy, and they are very keen for him to be there. More chance of him going to Cas than Wire, and Cameron really is the bees knees.
