Fair call, Briscoe did go through some poor form, that Challenge Cup Semi final against Hull sticks in the mind, hopefully that is all past him and he keeps playing to his potential.

Talk of getting rid of Ryan Hall is mind-boggling.

Hall will not be plying his trade at Headingley in 2019. ITK

If true it’ll be sad to see Hall go, but who could blame him going to the NRL and doubling his salary. I think Hall would go really well in the NRL, unlike some other Super League players who have gone over and struggled.

Ryan Hall in the NRL, more chance of The Albert Hall being shipped to Sydney!

Do you know what, i wouldn't blame him for taking the cash if I'm honest. He has pretty much achieved everything he can in RL, he will more than halve his workload, more than double his pay. I could see him doing OK and getting an England spot.

Unfortunately i would agree, if he was going to go to NRL he would /should have gone 4-5 years ago in his absolute pomp, no doubt he would have achieved what Ellis Morley would have done and established himself as the best in his position. would not blame him for taking union coin at 31, but hope he sees his career out in league. he can became England/Gb all time try scorer and maybe even all time caps if he stays though, that might be his incentive.
