Castleford hall of fame inductee Mike Ford will be the guest speaker at this year's London Capital Challenge, held Friday January 20th 2017 at the HAC London.
Mike played in over 150 games for Castleford in total, joining the club for his first spell in 1991. He led the side to a 28-6 victory over Bradford Northern in the 1991 Yorkshire Cup Final. In 1994 he then helped to defeat Wigan 33-2 in the Regal trophy in 1994. Hospitality consists of a three course meal and a complimentary half bottle of wine per person. Single seats or tables can be purchased for this event. After the meal, the London Skolars first team will take on a Wigan Warriors Select, which in recent years has consisted of the likes of Ryan Hampshire, Anthony Gelling, Dom Manfredi and George Williams.
