"Quote" But perhaps most impressive is another bumper Wildcats home crowd – 9,237 for a Saturday TV game in the cold and wet is a fine effort from one of Super League’s most progressive clubs "Gareth Walker the Mirror"

Ferres must think the Cas fans are daft. This is just a sales tactic to frighten fans into buying season tickets or else. This has to be the most transparent sales / marketing campaign ever. I think Cas folk or smarter than Ferris / France give them credit for. For what its worth I think Cas fans will buy their season tickets because they love watching Rugby, they know you have some real quality in Clarke and Chase who were missed last season ( who would have won several games for you if available last season ) and they know that the likes of Shenton, Webster etc ie the new signings are good players. You have got rid of several high paid older players and to me look to be in good shape.

If you are in financial difficulty, good luck to you. I wouldn't want any other club to go through what us Bulls fans have been through.

Nice to a hear a CEO willing to tell it as it is without any sugar-coating.

The bottom line is we don't have any money to pay for a better squad, we don't have a major benefactor that seems to be the norm now for a SL club to operate, we are owed money from our supposedly main sponsor, players want out because they aren't getting what they think they are worth and most importantly we are still sweeping up a mess from a previous employee that will all come in the public soon. We are in a total mess.

On top of all this - myself and the wife will be getting our ST's along with another 4 from my family as we do every year.

Time to rally round Cas Fans. :MOTOR:

Thanks for that Bullslad. :thumb: You are also quite welcome to help us out in our hour of need like we did with the Bulls this year. Much appreciated.

George Bush says 'we are losing the war on drugs'. Well you know what that implies? There's a war going on, and people on drugs are winning it! Well what does that tell you about drugs? Some smart, creative motherfookers on that side."

I was wondering the same...does it mean somebody who is no longer at the club or somebody who is still at the club but has been moved aside?

Would this be the 'sponsor' who has promised to splash the cash at Fev?
