Isn't it just 12000 capacity and 5000 covered seats the stadium criteria? If so it doesn't really matter if KR only have 3 sides if that is the case.

No battle to be had, Good luck to you and your stadiium, but all i was saying is that you are now back level with cas regarding planning permission, your funding i believe is dependant on so many B8 units being sold before this happens, as ours requires the sale of the stadium before we can proceed

They don't have planning permission yet, they can apply for it now though, right?

To be honest you should be wanting this Stadium to happen. What happens if you don't get yours built at least there will be an option to use the community stadium until you build your own thus keeping your superleague status. If it had been the other way round and we had to stay at Glasshoughton until we could find our own stadium then so be it i would say.

True, I was mearly pointing out that ours was a better stadium design wise - I don't know but I suspect the two older stands at HKR may be a bit lacking by modern standards - however how relevant that is I don't know.

Wrong, we already had outline planning permission granted by Wakefield Planning dept - it was then pulled in for a review by the DE which has now rubber stamped it.
