I was at Warrington and saw the anger in your fans in that coach park after the Grand Final and saw Dave Singer on the floor after being damaged for life and I was also at POR when some of our fans were attacked after the NRC semi final and it will take a long time for that wound to heal. I do go to POR by the way I did boycott for a few games I admit.

F4L,
Likewise I also said 'some' Fev fans not all (there are some that I wouldn't want a drink with either). I am glad you think things are better now, though to be honest I don't think that is necessarily the case, I suspect it is just the case that we have had less of the nobs, both Fev and Fax, at the games since.
The truth of it is while people still carry on stating that they dislike a club and it's fans (to quote you: "...I don't like them <Fev> and some of their fans...") then how can it ever get better? And this is not just you or just some Fax fans it also includes some Fev fans.
As for Dave Singer, if I knew who had been involved in that incident then I would have informed the police and I don't know a single Fev fan that would not do exactly the same. Also I am lead to believe that Dave Singer has moved on from this, even though without a doubt the incident will affect the rest of his life, and therefore find it difficult that other people can't move on even though Dave has.
As for the other incident that you refer to at the NRC semi final, I have no idea how it started and therefore have no reason to disbelieve your assertion that the Fax fans where attacked. However I do know that the police at the time wanted to speak to more Fax fans about the incident than Fev fans after it continued outside the ground. I am sure you can remember the mug shots from that day, I wonder how many of those Fev and Fax fans from those pictures the police actually got to speak to.
I don't condom any violence at any game and have had it thrown my way in the past. At the same time I don't dislike or hate any club because of it. Surly we are one big RL family?
Maybe now is the time to put this to bed once and for all and not keep dragging it up.
PS I am glad that you still come to POR to support Fax and so you should otherwise the minority have won. In the same way I will travel to the Shay to support Fev. every team deserves more supporters that would do the same. I just wish Hudds-Shay would do the same, that is go to POR to support Fax (though I must agree with him that the beer in Fev ain't great, much better in Fax).
Good luck in the rest of your middle 8s games (except against Fev for obvious reasons)
