I think we'd get smashed in the middle 8's, but the extra funding would make it worthwhile. We need to do a job on London, but most of all we need Swinton to play out of their skins against Batley. It's not a dead rubber for Swinton, although they may target other games to win. If they have a poor showing in the 8's, they could still feature in the relegation battle.

Worst case is a Fax and Swinton win, with Fev/Bradford drawing. It's almost worth putting a few £ on the draw just to soften the blow should it happen.....

Steve , I enjoy every trip I make to the Shay, win or lose, obviously a win makes it better, but another game against Fax would be good,as you say the extra funding would be good for you , but you didn't seem to spend the last lot, well not on players as I thought your reciting was poor this season.However there is still hope, I hate seeing Bentleyman with a long face,and Hudd Shay might turn to drink.

To be fair reading this forum is enough to turn people to drink infact some people must be drinking so often that they no longer post on here.

Unfortunately there is a big difference between incentive and ability, as we found out last week.

It's becoming a tradition to win 32-14 away.

I'd be surprised if we weren't 7th going into the split. I don't expect either of the chasers to win today.
