Congratulations (in my humble opinion) to the ground staff on getting the pitch in such a good condition.
Someone told me that yesterday (Saturday) the pitch was waterlogged.
I would like to assure our Town friends that at the end of our game the pitch was still in excellent condition and completely playable.
It's three weeks until we play at the Shay again whilst during that time Town have four home games.
It's absolutely pistoling it down at the moment with three days of heavy rain forecast. If any of Towns games are called off during the next three weeks please note my Town friends it's not OUR fault.

When I went to the Shay Sunday I was expecting to see a very muddy pitch but to my surprise whilst looking a bit worn with all the bad weather we have had it looked really dry and played that way as well. Thanks must go to the ground staff who worked tirelessly after the previous days postponement. Well done .
With the heavy rain forecast they will have their work cut out to get the rearranged football match on but it will not be for want of trying. Straight after our match they were out working on the pitch.

Well Imogen has certainly suffered from incontinence and wind today, with still more to come I read.
Wednesday is down as fine and sunny so hopefully the Town game will be on.
Again thanks to the ground staff for yesterday' super human effort.

Yep waste of time about 3 or 4 of the posters on their forum just use it as a propaganda machine mainly to abuse Fax, worse than that most of the other people on there are too stupid to see through it.
