Following the events at the DW Stadium and Headingley over the last two nights, which saw Wigan and Leeds into the Grand Final, this afternoon delivered the Million Pound Match between Wakefield Wildcats and Bradford Bulls with a top flight place at stake. The newest Super League invention, a Qualifiers' fourth versus fifth play off for a place in the top flight in 2016, descended on a packed Belle Vue Stadium in Wakefield. Turned out to be a good game and proves that P&R DOES MATTER, got to give Bradford credit they kept in the game and were for a lot of the second half the better team but Wakey scored the better tries and just nicked it over the 80 minutes for me.
Glad Wakey won though as them lot from over them hill will have to eat more humble pie and we get another chance to play them next season and its a money spinner plus who knows we may beat them again I would not bet against it.
By the way how much will Bradford get from the RFL is it £788K?

Whatever they get the RFL will see them right, they are about to sell Odslum back to the Bulls for £1.
When the dust has settled the RFL will buy it back for £1m

Many a true word spoken in jest HJ! Up The Fax! At the first meeting this season we were having a pint in't Shoulder of Mutton in Bradford and we were talking to a lad who actually thought they were still in SL! I wonder if the penny has finally dropped!

If you use retro fans on here instead of that new fangled thing they still are.
