Got to credit the BOD's for their vision in getting Richard on board.
It'll be a measured and calculated road to going Full time, theres no point in doing it for the sake of it, it has to be the right players, costed and sustainable.
Slowly building some strong foundations.
Richard is getting improvement from players which we have craved for years. Fax are very much Work in Progress and I hope most of us are pretty realistic about where we are on our journey.
I hope that a few fair weathers saw enough from their armchairs to get down to The Shay and give us viewing from the stands during the run in.
If we can keep RM, I am really looking forward to where we might be in the coming seasons.

I agree with most of that but we can't keep on waiting for a couple of seasons more for some success. I want to see summat soon. I'm not getting any younger and while I know what you are saying it would be nice to have a bit of summat to celebrate now. Grove, shudds. Adnans Mosaic 4.1 % Mmm! Up The Fax!

Another top effort from the lads with nothing other than some credit to show for it.

A lot of it comes down to taking the chances that come up in the game.

Up to now (Sheffield apart where we were abysmal) against the better sides we have had plenty of ball in good field position but have not been able to convert it into points.

If and when we can change that for the good is the key as it not only puts points on the board for Fax but gives less scoring chances for the opposition.

As before with other coaches RM will have plenty of backing at the beginning but as time goes on, especially when it becomes "His" team the we will expect the better results to happen otherwise it will be groundhog day.

Spot on. No points in the 1st 20 mins when we were on top, and we paid for it later.

Oh how I wish we'd been playing Sheffield yesterday. London did good, but Sheffield were terrible.

Gaskell makes the Bulls tick (agree with MOM for him yesterday), and although one man doesn't make a team, they'd be a far less impressive outfit without him on the pitch. We need someone like him...

You'll be fine, as I see it you are working on pickling yourself so will be around for many years to come.

Good effort by the lads they bust a gut to try and win that one we were just outdone by a better side, their defence was very good. We had a good weekend only got back tonight, hope they keep the Summer bash it was good fun only spoilt by a niggly Leigh v Fev last match.
