We missed out on the sausage sandwiches but good crack talking to some Barrow lads decent fans.
As for the RU got to say well done to England for getting even close to winning the Championship they were playing France not Italy or a very poor Scotland tbf

Did they not play Italy and a very poor Scotland earlier in the season ?

yer but the Jocks always get up for England even if they rarely win, Italy fell apart against Wales although the Welsh played some good stuff - for RU!

Maybe but its more because the other home nations always say that about anything English its their excuse and they have a big chip on their shoulders about us!

I'm happy for England RU to lose to whoever. They've treated us like sh.... errm, very badly for 100+ years and I, for one, haven't forgotten it.

I do, however, have a little respect for Vernon Pugh, who was honest enough to admit that professionalism was rife.
