I applaud Leigh in their vision this year regards to marketing etc but signing Hock hmmm one step too far? We'll have to see wont we

As you so rightly say , Gareth must be given a chance and starts his Leigh career with a clean slate , obviously it is a gamble Leigh are taking , but signing every player or Coach is a gamble , why try to be negative till the guy has a chance to show what he can do .We have heard Rich in the past , lets see where we are at the end of the season .

How many "clean slates" has this guy been given and forked it up and let his club down every time?! I'm all for giving a guy a second chance, but this guys on his 15th! Id have been so disappointed if we'd signed him, and i definitely thought Leigh had more sense and more class.

He can't play until Easter due to his latest indiscretion "deliberately kneeing an opponant in the back" six games.
Strange how Leigh despise Dane but welcome Hock with open arms.

Gareth has only played for 3 clubs and made 191 appearances for Wigan so he did something right ,I agree in the past he has had his problems but we will see what happens later in the Season,as Leigh? They have plenty of Class in every Dept.

Come on Charlie, answer the question, why is Dane a thug and everyone who plays it hard against you, but Gareth is a misunderstood angel.

John I'm sure you will realise I'm not one of the Leigh fans who labelled Dane Manning a thug,I happen to like the game played hard, I agree some Leythers have had a go at Manning he did attack the Leigh player from behind though, I also agree Gareth has had his problems both on and off the field , hopefully we at Leigh can sort him out and help him get his career back on track.

Norman,he was never a thug to me ,and im one of the few Leythers who actually love Wiganers ,you see Mrs Caroli is from Wigan born and bred in Worsley Mesnes, not far from Marsh Green where Gareth is from,I spend a lot of time in Wigan,my Hydrotherapy Sessions are in Wigan, and I don't hate anyone,everyone is a friend to Charlie.
