Jansin Turgut on loan to Fev from Hull who are supposedly D/R with Doncaster what a farcical mess
Exactly BM, total farce, once the RLF have their favorites in SL the rest are all heading for the feeder club division.
No chance for the clubs that try to go it alone without DR and loan deals etc.
It's here to stay in todays game and the only way we will ever see Fax or anyone else as a standalone club is to by some old DVD's and watch the reruns.

It's not that difficult to understand. You can loan players from any club, minimum period 28 days to start with. DR deals are between clubs linked, Cas/Fax, Leeds/Feb and these are done week to week
DR is different to loan deals so the agreement between clubs for DR doesn't apply to loan
Loan deal sees wages in some cases covered, to some degree by club taking the player on loan

Yes we see the difference, it has been covered so many times and I for one am sick to death of hearing about it.
The differences equal the same thing in the end which is not difficult to understand.
The parent club in both cases offers out it's players to another club simply to get them some game time because for whatever reasons they weren't getting picked for the parent club, this could cover a full season or just one week.
The parent club in both cases are doing it first and foremost purely to look after their interests.
Whilst the receiving club may or may not benefit in the short term, which is highly debatable, the long term negative implications are many and far more worrying.
It's been well muted that SL clubs want to cut funding to the rest. It's been well muted that SL clubs would like an Aussie style comp with an elite league and then the rest. It's a fact that many SL clubs have scrapped their reserves sides and instead ship out these players to the rest.
It's a fact that the rest are relying more and more on these players and the majority of the time supporters of these clubs are watching players who they know little about and may or may not be here the following week.
All this is leading to loss of identity as a club for the rest and more of the feeder club scenario.
I can't be bothered with it anymore and in connection with it all they can do what they like for me.

Just get rid of the bloody system. Enoch's taking the rise.... it might be an unpleasant realisation but thats how i see it.... unless of course RM turned down such offers.
The game is going down the pan. League has always existed in austere fashion but yhe future is a bleak niw as i can ever remember it... Still.... owd Enoch

I thought Bets,y Bulls comment was somewhat condescending we completely understand the difference between D/R & Loans I agree with HS Faxcars critique was excellent
The current giants of SL might be in for a shock down the road, why.
At the moment the "Big Clubs" have all the money and attract the best players and will never be threatened by the likes of lowly Fax and couldn't care less about them.
However once you let clubs such as Toronto buy their way in followed buy New York and 2 or 3 more North American clubs with the financial clout they have then the current "Big Clubs" even if they expand SL suddenly become the middle to small fry by comparison.
Then guess what, all the better players will be bought up by the N A clubs, Toronto are only just starting and money is no object to them.
X that by 4 and it's not hard to see what will happen, SL giants worried about players leaving for Union and the NRL well start worrying about N A because your inviting them in and you won't be able to compete.
I'm sure they will send some of their fringe players out on DR to though so not all is lost Mr Wigan and Co.
