From HKR deliberately throwing it to campell taking a bung..... and many more.
All of which are utter blox. Absolute tripe!!!
The season is thus.
Fev look spent.
Fax have to beat KR.
There are no other options I'm afraid.

I do get the feeling the RFL want Toulouse in the 4 not fax. You only have to look at the non try that Toulouse scored at the Shay. It's decisions like that we will look at if we miss out on top 4. I know we don't help ourselves losing to Swinton. After that game some folk were calling for RM head now he is a great coach again.
Fev and Hull Kr will both want to find some form going into 8's. Wonder if our players will want to know result of Toulouse and Fev or if its best kept quiet.

If that were the case, the simplest ploy would have been to ensure Fax lost in Toulouse.

Yes has been confirmed. Strange decision at this point in season. Looks to me like he has done a good job. He got you into top 4 last season and this season.

I expected fax to be up for it yesterday. Fax were better in every aspect of the game.
Fev were lacklustre, impotent in attack, lacked any drive and go forward.... they seemed to lack any purpose or will to step up and front up fax.
They players were allegedly told about sharpys departure prior to yesterday's game.
I was angry at fev's performance last night and struggled to explain it. Today's event may have made it a little clearer and goes somewhere to explain why they were so easily dominated by an up for it fax.
Like said.... I doubt we'll win again this season

Just struggling to understand it Robin.
If there had been some internal fallout maybe, you will know more than me but that's apparently not the case.
Coaches are judged on their performance and after Bastian and Hay left the club in disarray I thought Sharp had done a cracking job, not only turning it around but achieving back to back top 4's and a Challenge cup quarter final is pretty good going for a club not full time.
Who is there that can take the club forward as mentioned in the comments anymore than Sharp has?
Timing wise as well, last year when you went into the 8's the side was busted with injuries but this year before Sunday it looked like Fev were in a much stronger position, after this, who knows.
Anyway, life goes on. :thumb:

Let's not forget that the Fax players are on a 10% "bonus" if they make the top 4. They've got it regardless of course if Fev win on Saturday. Worth playing for?
