Cant help but think that with the rumour being out to all clubs delivery of the signature will have become harder to achieve.but quite willing to be proved wrong . Surely any championship club would want him. Just seems a backward step in his playing profile

I believe the rumour got leaked after it were already a done deal. Whether the club will be happy about the local journalist leaking the story is another question. |

You honestly think that other clubs wouldn't have known he was available? I always find it amusing that folk believe other clubs will discover they could possibly sign a player through a fans forum or a snippet in a newspaper rather than through the official lists of players coming off contract or agents. |
