Please note:
If two teams finish the regular season on level points (generated from wins draws etc; then the one having NOT defaulted on a fixture takes the higher place in the Division. If both teams have defaulted then the positions in order of merit will be determined by the better points differential head to head against one another during the season. If this method cannot resolve the issue then we will draw lots – we do not want this.
Please be clear on this as it is do use complaining after the event. Any clubs that wishes to raise a query should contact me sooner rather than later.
The Regional Grand Finals will be played at the ground of the highest placed club on Saturday 15th August 2009 – kick off 2 30pm.
Please make sure that each team in the final takes a football (mark it with the club’s name)
The medals (Regional Winners & Runners Up) + a salver will be distributed via the Regional Development Managers for the areas in question.
The Regional winners once confirmed will advance to the National Quarter Finals taking place at neutral venues on Saturday 22nd August 2009.
The semi finals are played on Sunday 6th September 2009
The final will be at Derby RFC on Sunday 13th September 2009
